Who needs a ticket?
Everyone requires a ticket to gain entry. Children under 12 months are free but still require a ticket.
Can you pay on the door?
Currently pre-booking is essential. Please go to our booking page to secure your tickets.
Opening Times?
Weekends and holidays: Open 10AM – 5PM for all ages and activities
Term time: Saturday and Sunday 10AM – 5PM for all age and activities
Open every Saturday 7-10PM for over 21s (skating, wizard mini-golf and pizzeria)
How about food?
We’re serving pizza, pancakes and wizard afternoon tea.
Pizza and pancakes can be ordered on-site (Pizza from 11.30AM).
Afternoon tea must be booked at least 48-hours in advance.
When can I eat?
If you are skating, then you’re entry time will be your skating time, so eating will have to be afterwards. Tables are on a first come basis currently
Can I walk round the skating rink with my child while they skate?
Everyone on the skating rink/area must be skating themselves. If you want to go round with your child while they skate, please also book a skating ticket for yourself.
What size skates do you have?
We have skates from a size UK junior 6 up to an adults UK 12
Can I cancel/amend my booking?
Yes, no problem, we can refund or move your booking currently. Please be patient with us if this occurs.
Do I need to print off my tickets?
You can print your tickets or show your booking on your phone at check in.
I have not received my booking confirmation/tickets, what should I do?
Please check your junk/spam email folder. If you are still unable to locate your booking, please email info@wanderwoods.co.uk
Can I bring a pushchair/buggy for my child?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your pushchair/buggy. Please note that the mini golf area is not accessible with a pushchair/buggy but can be used in all other areas.
Can I bring my dog?
We unfortunately don’t allow dogs
How about disabled access?
Not all of the experience is accessible, but we are trying our very best to make your experience as magical as possible. Please contact us for recent updates as we are consistently trying to improve this aspect.
